Payment Terms: All services are billed in advance. Payments are due on the first date of service and will recur automatically unless canceled. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel hosting or design services at any time by written request. Canceling a service stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for time remaining.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to upload or promote illegal content, adult content, doxxing, or spam. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Support Scope: General support is included with all plans. Custom development, design revisions, or third-party integration support may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of content you provide. Dycus Digital retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
